1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using SentryNote, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service.
2. Account and Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app prior to purchase.
4. License and Restrictions
SentryNote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or business use. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in SentryNote. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from the app settings.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of SentryNote after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
